Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and CareCredit. CareCredit can be applied for in our office or online and offers an interest free option.

CareCredit provides a great avenue to help patients spread out the payments over a period of time without paying the interest.  Six to 12 month plans can be accommodate without interest and other options are available as well.

We will bill your insurance for the estimated portion they will cover, but ask you to pay your portion at the time of service.  Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  

A 5% discount is given for treatment plans that are paid for in full at time of service with cash or check payment.   We also offer a 3% senior discount (60 years and over) if payment is made at time of service with cash, check or credit card.  These discounts are not available when we bill insurance.

We will send you a monthly statement.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Please call our office if your statement  does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through CareCredit  but this should be done prior to the actual procedure.
